Registration

Registration to the conference through the online registration system opens on September 10 and will be possible until September 20 (noon, French hour CET). All attendees must register for the conference.

 

FEES

  • Faculties/Professionals/Post-doctoral fellows: 350€ TTC
  • PhD candidates: 125€ TTC
  • On-line participation: 30€ TTC
  • Accompanying person fee for welcome reception, October 20: 75€ TTC
  • Accompanying person fee for gala dinner, October 21: 75€ TTC
  • Accompanying person fee for welcome reception and gala dinner, October 20 and 21: 150€ TTC

The registration fee for presenters and non-presenters includes:

  • Admission to all scientific sessions
  • Conference material (badge, program, etc.)
  • Coffee breaks and lunches
  • Social events (welcome reception, gala dinner and other cultural activities)

The accompanying person’s fee includes:

  • Admission to welcome reception, gala dinner and other cultural activities

 

PAYMENT

The link to the online payment will be sent individually after acceptance of your application. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation of payment/registration.

Payment by a third party: If your course fees will be paid by a third party, such as your university, a sponsor or your company, please provide all details for invoicing when you apply. You should also include the contact details of the person in charge of the invoicing within the organization.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations will not be refunded, except for COVID reasons (Covid positive test / due to French or local government measures related to COVID). Refunds will be processed post conference.
